Marketing Executive

Job description

We are having an urgent opening for the Marketing Executive position for the Mumbai Location.

• Planning and executing successful marketing exhibition and workshops worldwide.
• Coordinating with stall designers for booth layout, ensuring floor plan to accommodate our live on display equipment.
• Liasing closely with all product development departments to create and maintain marketing materials like product brochures and datasheet.
• Proofreading marketing documentation to check for spelling, grammar and syntax errors.
• Communicating closely with all the departments within the company, including R&D department, upper management and sales team
• Print and vendor management Contributing for the content for the company’s social media platform and other marketing channels. – linkedin
• Coordinating with the graphic designer and the website vendors to create dynamic website. Graphic design agency management.
• Create high-quality marketing strategy documentation, including sales kit, and FAQs.
• Responsible for the photoshoots and the videoshoots of the products of the company
• Responsible for designing graphics for websites, logos and promotions for marketing purposes
• Processing of all marketing related payments in coordination with the accounts team.
• Managed creation of advertisements, newsletters and articles.
• Responsible for handling and updating trade portals like TradeIndia, IndiaMart.
